How to Maintain a Healthy Life Style
Hello my name is Yoora. I’m 19 years old and I’m a college student at Hong Kong. At the moment I’m living in abroad too. I came from South Korea to study business in HK. Well since it’s Korea and HK is so different of course I need to life a healthy lifestyle. I have my own way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and that is by eating balanced.
Here in HK it’s more humid than Korea and lots of rain too these days. In order so that I don’t get sick my food needs balance. At morning I eat egg, toast , and juice. This food is great to start your day. It gives more energy and protein to do lots of things later. Layered soups, hearty salads, and savory sandwiches are for my lunch. Then before dinner I usually eat some snack if I am a bit hungry. For dinner it’s depend on what I want I, maybe get some meat or fish but the proportion of it is important protein:vegetable:carbo=25:50:25.
This kind of lifestyle is good to maintain our health and this kind food doesn’t make you fat because it is balanced. In life of course we need balanced so for food of course it needs balance too in order to be healthy. That’s all from me thank you.
